1. If average monthly usage exceeds 4,500 interactions or billing exceeds $1,500 for three consecutive months, Answir will recommend companies with >$100MM market cap migrate to a fixed plan better aligned with usage.
2. An “interaction” is defined by Answir as a pair of messages — a user’s question and the agent’s response.
3. Invoiced upon completion of the 30-day free trial. Includes account creation, platform customization, knowledge base curation, and agent training. 25% of the Implementation Fee is credited back to the client in equal amounts over six months, after the first six months of invoices paid.
