Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

• Service refers to the Application or the Website or both.

Answir does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated output.

Nothing contained within the Services constitutes investment advice, legal advice, accounting advice, tax advice, securities advice, or a recommendation to purchase, sell, or hold any security.

Except for the limited right to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms, no rights or licenses are granted to users.

Answir does not warrant the availability, accuracy, performance, or continued operation of any third-party service and shall not be liable for interruptions, delays, errors, or changes resulting from such services.

By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services.

In no event shall Answir’s aggregate liability exceed the greater of:

(a) the amount paid by the user to Answir during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim; or

(b) CAD $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Answir, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

• ⁠your use of the Services;
• ⁠your violation of these Terms;
• ⁠your violation of applicable laws or regulations; or
• ⁠content, information, or materials submitted by you.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
